I will be communicating with you via mass email through this website and you will be able to check your lesson schedule online. Also, you can now pay me for lessons if you have a PayPal account. Check and cash are still accepted, and you will receive a receipt for the transaction if you would like one. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

How much experience does the student have with flute/music so far? (Ex: Has made a sound before, put the instrument together, can read music already from previous instrumental lessons, etc.)

Has the student taken private lessons before? (Either in flute or other instrumental lessons like piano, guitar, etc.

Please list the school, time/class period of your student's band class. Knowing the time the student is in band class helps the most, but if you cannot find that, let me know the class period they meet.

Is the student available for before/after school lessons?
